An opportunity for Salero to renovate a home first built by Salero in 1989 with the original owner. Extensive roof structure work to modernize the shell was required to refresh this classic home in the heart of Paradise Valley. Extensive new finishes including full cabinetry, toning of all interior woods, and reorganization of spaces made for a very extensive project. Preserving the original architectural intent of the design while making all the components of the design “new again” makes this a milestone Salero project.
